根据住房城乡建设部办公厅《关于印发2018年工程造价计价依据编制计划和工程造价管理工作计划的通知》（建办标函〔2018〕35号）要求，按照《工程造价改革工作方案》（建办标〔2020〕38号）精神，标准编制组在《城市轨道交通工程工程量计算规范》GB 50861—2013的基础上，经深入调查研究，认真总结实践，参考相关国际通行标准和国外先进经验，修订形成了本标准。

本标准的主要技术内容是：总则、术语、工程计量、工程量清单编制等。

本标准修订的主要技术内容是：

1.修订了部分工程量清单项目的项目特征，删除与设计文件无关的内容；

2.修订了部分工程量清单项目的计量单位和计算规则；

3.修订了部分工程量清单项目的工作内容，体现主要施工工序；

4.删除了被淘汰施工工艺的工程量清单项目，增加了部分与现行设计、施工工艺相对应的清单项目；

5.修订了措施项目的计算规则，按项计算；

6.对多个计量单位的清单项目进行了拆分、调整，使计量单位唯一。

本标准由住房城乡建设部负责管理。

住房城乡建设部关于发布国家标准《城市轨道交通工程工程量计算标准》的公告

现批准《城市轨道交通工程工程量计算标准》为国家标准，编号为GB/T50861—2024，自2025年9月1日起实施。原国家标准《城市轨道交通工程工程量计算规范》（GB 50861—2013）同时废止。

本标准在住房城乡建设部门户网站（www.mohurd.gov.cn）公开，并由住房城乡建设部标准定额研究所组织中国计划出版社有限公司出版发行。
