This code is applicable to the installation of intelligent building systems in construction,renovation and extension engineering.
According to the requirements of Document JIANBIAO [2008]No.102 issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China-"Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards and Codes in 2008 (the First Batch)",this code was compiled by Tongzhou Construction General Contracting Group Co.,Ltd.and CITIC Construction Co.,Ltd.jointly with the organizations concerned.
The drafting panel examined and finalized this code by conducting extensive investigation and study and summarizing practical experiences during the preparation of this code and on basis of extensively soliciting for opinions.
This code comprises 17 chapters and 2 appendixes,and its main technical contents include:general provisions,terms,basic requirements,comprehensive pipeline,general cabling system,information network system,satellite TV reception and cable TV system,electronics conference system,broadcasting system,information facilities system,information application system,building automation system,fire alarm and control system,security system,intelligentized integration system,lightning protection and grounding and machine room engineering etc.
In this code,the provisions printed in bold type are compulsory ones and must be enforced strictly.

Announcement of Publishing the National Standard of Code for Installation of Intelligent Building Systems
Code for Installation of Intelligent Building Systems has been approved as a national standard with a serial number of GB 50606-2010,and shall be implemented on February 1,2011.In this code,Articles (Items) 4.1.1, 8.2.5(10), 9.2.1(3) and 9.3.1(2) are compulsory provisions and must be enforced strictly.

4.1.1 The power wire cable and signal wire cable must not be laid in one wire pipe.
8.2.5 Installation of loudspeaker system shall meet the following requirements:
1Installation of loudspeaker system shall be consistent with the design,the centralized,dispersed installation mode or the combination of both may be selected and shall meet the requirements for whole site coverage and sound field uniformity;
2The loudspeaker system shall be fixed safely and reliably,its installation height and installation angle shall meet the requirements of sound field design;
3Where the building structure is used to install such accessories as support or hanger rod of the loudspeaker system,the bearing capacity of this building structure shall be inspected;
4Where the loadspeaker system is concealedly installed,the dimension of the concealed installation space shall be large enough (this space shall be carried out with sound absorption treatment) to ensure that the speaker is able to have radiation angle adjustment in this space;the acoustic permeability of the speaker shield shall meet the requirements;if the shield is cell structure,its scantling (width and depth) should not be larger than 20 mm;
5Where the loadspeaker system is installed on the ceiling,the loadspeaker placement shall meet the requirements for sound field uniformity and artistic layout;
6The loadspeaker system shall be far away from microphones,the axial pointing direction shall not be directed to microphones and shall avoid causing self-excitated squeal;
7LoadSpeaker system shall be taken with reliable safety precautions and shall not generate mechanical noise at working;
8When carrying out with hoisting installation of the loadspeaker box and horn speaker,original accessory hanger fixtures shall be adopted;where the original parts are unavailable,the dedicated hanging fixtures for loadspeaker box such as steel wire rope or galvanized iron chain may be selected;
9The outdoor loadspeaker system shall be with moistureproof and anticorrosive property,and the fasteners shall be with adequate bearing capacity;
10 Loadspeakers used in areas with fire hazard shall be made from flame retardant materials or be adopted with flame-retardant back cover; the broadcasting loadspeakers shall be able to work normally for short term under sprinkling conditions.
9.2.1 Bridge and pipeline laying shall not only meet the requirements specified in Chapter 4 of this code,but also meet the following requirements:
1The outdoor broadcasting transmission cables shall be passed through pipes which are buried underground or laid in cable trenches;indoor broadcast transmission cables shall be passed through pipes or laid in wire slots;
2Cables used for power transfer of the broadcasting system shall be laid in exclusive wire slots and wire pipes;
3 Where the broadcasting system has the function of fire emergency broadcast, they shall be laid in flame retardant wire slots, wire pipes and wire cables;
4For the power transfer line of broadcasting system,its insulation voltage grade shall be compatible to its rated transmission voltage,its joints shall not be naked;for joints with unequal potential,they shall be subjected to insulating treatment respectively;
5The transmission cable for broadcasting system shall be possessed of fewer joints which shall be well wrapped and placed in the inspection box.
9.3.1 The dominant item shall not only comply with the relevant requirements of Article 4.2.10in the current national standard GB 50339-2003Code for Acceptance of Quality of Intelligent Building Systemsbut also meet the following requirements:
1The installation of equipment,such as the loadspeaker,controller and socket,shall be firmly and reliably;the connection of wire shall be in alignment;the wire number shall be correct and distinct;
2 Where the broadcasting system has the function of emergency broadcast, the emergency broadcast shall be controlled by the fire-fighting extension set, and shall be possessed of the highest priority; where fire and emergency occurring, the system shall be able to be switched to the emergency broadcast for broadcasting at the maximum sound.The broadcasting system shall be able to broadcast caution signals(including alarm whistle),alarm voice or real-time command voice to the relevant broadcast domain within 10s after it has been triggered by manual operation or alarm signals.Take the noise of on-site environment as the reference and the SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio)of emergency broadcast shall not be less than 15dB.
