According to the requirements of "Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2008 (First)" (Jian Biao ［2008］ No.102) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,this code is revised on the basis of GB 50209-2002Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Groundby Jiangsu Provincial Construction Group Co.,Ltd.,Jiangsu Huajian Construction Co.,Ltd.and relevant organizations.

In the process of revision,the development group has developed monographic study,carried out comprehensive investigation,summarized long-term experiences in building ground engineering materials and construction,taken advices from relevant organizations throughout the country in various ways,repeatedly revised the major problems,finally reviewed as well as finalized a manuscript.

This code comprises of 8 chapters and 1 appendix including general provisions,terms,basic requirement,base course laying,integral layer laying,board surface laying,timber flooring surface and bamboo flooring surface laying,and part project (sub-project) acceptance.

The provisions printed in bold type are compulsory ones and must be enforced strictly.

Announcement of Publishing the National Standard Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Ground

Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Ground has been approved as a national standard with a serial number of GB 50209-2010 and it shall be implemented on December 1,2010.Therein,Articles 3.0.3, 3.0.5, 3.0.18, 4.9.3, 4.10.11, 4.10.13 and 5.7.4 hereof are compulsory provisions and must be enforced strictly.The standard GB 50209-2002 Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Ground shall be abolished simultaneously.

3.0.3 The materials or products adopted in the building ground shall be in accordance with thedesign requirements and the requirements of relevant current national standards(if not, the technical documents approved by the provincial housing and urban-rural construction administrative departments).Materials or products approaching the construction site shall also meet the following requirements:

1 They shall be possessed of quality certificates;

2 Acceptance shall be carried out for the type, specification and appearance; random sampling reinspection shall be carried out for important materials or products.

3.0.5 Bathroom and other building grounds with anti-skid requirements shall be in accordance withthe design anti-skid requirements.

3.0.18 The elevation difference between the bathroom, kitchen or other building ground surfacecourse with drainage(or other liquid)requirement and the connected various surface course shall meet the design requirements.

4.9.3 As for the building ground with waterproof requirements, the vertical pipe, sleeve and floordrain must be sealed with the floor slab joints, as well as concealed acceptance shall be carried out before laying; drainage gradient shall meet the design requirements.

4.10.11 Bathroom and building grounds with waterproof requirements must be equipped withwaterproof isolating course.Floor structure must adopt concrete in situ or entire precast concrete slab, and the concrete strength grade shall not be less than C20.The periphery of the room floor slab except the door opening shall adopt concrete turnup, the height shall not be less than 200mm, the width shall be the same with the wall thickness, the concrete strength grade shall not be less than C20.In the process of construction, the elevation of the structural layer and the position of the preserved hole shall be accurate.Holes must not be punched arbitrarily.

Inspection method:observation and steel rule inspection.

Inspection amount:according to the inspection lot specified in Article3.0.21of this code.

4.10.13 Waterproof isolating course must not leak, the drainage slope aspect shall be correct, aswell as the drainage shall be unobstructed.

Inspection method:observation inspection,water storage and water sprinkling inspection,slope diagram inspection,inspecting inspection acceptance record.

Inspection amount:according to the inspection lot specified in Article3.0.21of this code.

5.7.4 In Misfiring(explosion-proof)surface course, the misfiring performance of rubbles must bequalified; sand(particle diameter: 0.15mm～5mm)shall be hard, endowed with rough surface and its silt content and organic content shall not be greater than 3%and 0.5%respectively; cement shall be portland cement and ordinary portland cement; the insertion strips for surface course mesh dividing shall be prepared with non-spark materials.During the preparation, inspection shall be carried out at any time in order to avoid the interfusion of metals and other spark materials.

Inspection method:inspect by observation and inspect quality qualification documents.

Inspection amount:inspect by the inspection lot specified in Article3.0.19of this code.
