根据住房和城乡建设部《关于印发〈2012工程建设标准规范制订修订计划〉的通知》(建标［2012］5号)　的要求，规范编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考国内外有关标准，并在广泛征求意见的基础上对原《城市轨道交通工程测量规范》GB　50308-2008进行了全面修订。

本规范的主要技术内容是：1.总则；2.术语和符号；3.地面平面控制测量；4.地面高程控制测量；5.线路带状地形图与中线测量；6.专项调查与测绘；7.地面线路施工测量；8.地下隧道和车站施工测量；9.高架结构施工测量；10.轨道施工测量；11.车辆基地施工测量；12.磁悬浮和跨座式单轨交通工程施工测量；13.设备安装测量；14.竣工测量；15.变形监测；16.第三方测量和第三方监测；17.质量检查与验收。

本规范修订的主要技术内容是：1.增加了地面线路施工测量与第三方测量和第三方监测两章；2.增加了城市地铁控制网和复测技术要求；3.增加了电子水准仪和复测技术要求；4.增加了任意设站控制网作为铺轨控制测量和轨道施工测量内容；5.增加了疏散平台等测量内容；6.对原规范各章节进行了调整和完善；7.对原规范附录进行了调整和完善。

现批准《城市轨道交通工程测量规范》为国家标准，编号为GB/T 50308-2017，自2018年1月1日起实施。原国家标准《城市轨道交通工程测量规范》GB 50308-2008同时废止。

本规范由我部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。
