本译本为中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部委托中国工程建设标准化协地按照有关程序和规定，统一组织翻译的中国工程建设标准英文版系列译本之一。2008年12月4日，住房和城乡建设部以第177号公告予以公布。

本译本是根据中国建筑工业出版社出版的《木结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB50206—2002翻译的，著作权归中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部所有。在使用过程中，如出现异议，以中文版为准。

本译本在翻译和审核过程中，本标准编制单位及编制组有关成员给予了积极协助。

关于发布国家标准《木结构工程施工质量验收规范》的通知

建标[2002]105号

根据国家计委《一九九二年工程建设标准制定修订计划》（计综合[1992]490号附件二）的要求，哈尔滨工业大学会同有关单位共同制订了《木结构工程施工质量验收规范》。我部组织有关部门对该规范共同进行了审查，现批准为国家标准，编号为GB 50206—2002，自2002年7月1日起施行。其中，5.2.2、6.2.1、7.2.1、7.2.2、7.2.3为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原《木结构工程施工及验收规范》GBJ 206—83同时废止。

本规范由建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释，哈尔滨工业大学负责具体技术内容的解释，建设部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。

5.2.2 The glue line integrity shall be checked according to the delamination test given in Table 5.2.2-1.For each species,adhesive or manufacture process,a minimum of 5 full cross-sectional specimens shall be tested.Depending on the test method and number of cy-cles,the total percentage of delamination for each specimen shall be less than the values given in Table 5.2.2-2.

6.2.1 The stress grade of dimension lumber shall be checked according to the following requirements:

1 For each species,stress grade and size,a minimum of 15 full size specimens shall be randomly selected.Bending tests loaded on vertically standing specimens shall be conducted to determine the bending strength.

2 The design value of bending strength based on statistical analysis of the all tes-ting data shall meet the requirements.

7.2.1 The construction details for preservative protection of timber structures shall con-form to the design requirements.

Quantity to be inspected:A building with timber structures or timber roof as in-spection batch shall be completely inspected.

Method of inspection:Check all the details according to design and construction drawing.

7.2.2 The preservative retention and penetration in the wood members shall conform to the following requirements.

1 Based on design requirements,sawn lumber,glued-laminated timber,structural composite lumber and structural plywood shall be pressure treated.

2 Members which are made of species prone to decay or insect attack such as Chinese red pine,China birch,China poplar,C.equisetifolia L.ex Forst,Slash pine,shall be pressure treated.

3 Members which are in contact with ground,or embedded in concrete or masonry,or located in place un-ventilated or under constant moist condition shall be pressure trea-ted.

Quantity to be inspected:A building with timber structures of timber roof as in-spection batch.For members under items 1 and 2 of this articles,20 and 48 borings shall be checked for only and other preservatives,respectively.For members undel arti-cle item 3 of this article,every piece shall be checked.

Method of inspection:chemicals or X-ray.

7.2.3 The construction details for fire protection of timber members shall conform to the design requirements.

Quantity to be inspected:A buiding with timber structures of timber roof as in-spection batch shall be completely inspected.

Method of inspection:Check all the details according to design and construction drawings.

5.2.2 胶缝应检验完整性。并应按照表5.2.2-1规定胶缝脱胶试验方法进行。对于每个树种、胶种、工艺过程至少应检验5个全截面试件。脱胶面积与试验方法及循环次数有关。每个试件的脱胶面积所占的百分率应小于表5.2.2-2所列限值。

6.2.1 规格材的应力等级检验应满足下列要求：

1.对于每个树种、应力等级、规格尺寸至少应随机抽取15个足尺试件进行侧立受弯试验.测定抗弯强度。

2.根据全部试验数据统计分析后求得的抗弯强度设计值应符合规定。

7.2.1 木结构防腐的构造措施应符合设计要求。

检查数量：以一幢木结构房屋或一个木屋盖为检验批全面检查。

检查方法：根据规定和施工图逐项检查。

7.2.2 木构件防护剂的保持量和透入度应符合下列规定。

1 根据设计文件的要求.需要防护剂加压处理的木构件，包括锯材、层板胶合木、结构复合木材及结构胶合板制作的构件。

2 木麻黄、马尾松、云南松、桦木、湿地松、杨木等易腐或易虫蛀木材制作的构件。

3 在设计文件中规定与地面接触或埋入混凝土、砌体中及处于通风不良而经常潮湿的木构件。

检查数量：以一幢木结构房屋或一个木屋盏为检验批。属于本条第1和第2款列出的木构件，每检验批油类防护剂处理的20个木心，其他防护剂处理的48个木心；属于本条第3款列出的木构件，检验批全数检查。

检查方法：采用化学试剂显色反应或X光衍射检测。

7.2.3 木结构防火的构造措施.应符合设计文件的要求。

检查数量：以一幢木结构房屋或一个木屋盖为检验批全面检查。

检查方法：根据规定和施工图逐项检查。
