4.2.2 If the quality of cement is affected by adverse environment during application or the cementhas been delivered for more than 3 months(more than 1 month for rapid hardening Portland cement),it shall be subject to re-inspection and then applied according to the re-inspection result.
6.2.4 The corner and junction of brick masonry shall be constructed simultaneously.As for the area with seismic fortification intensity of 8 or above, the masonry of temporary disconnected point which cannot be constructed simultaneously shall be of stepped racking; thereinto, the horizontal projection length of stepped racking for common brick masonry shall not be less than 2/3 of height(h) (Figure 6.2.4);the length-height ratio of stepped racking for perforated brick masonry shall not be less than 1/2.The height ofstepped racking shall not exceed the height of single-step scaffold.
8.3.5 Discharge hole must be retained for earth-retaining wall according to the design requirements;where there is no specific design requirement, its construction shall meet the following requirements:
1 Discharge holes shall be arranged uniformly in vertical and horizontal directions of earth-retaining wall, and the horizontal spacing of discharge holes arranged in each meter of earth-retaining wall shall not be greater than 2m;
2 The discharge hole diameter shall not be less than 50mm;
3 Pebble or gravel drainage layer with length and width not less than 300mm and thickness not less than 200mm shall be arranged between discharge hole and soil.
