本规范是根据住房城乡建设部《关于印发〈2012年工程建设标准规范制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标〔2012〕5号）的要求，由工业和信息化部电子工业标准化研究院电子工程标准定额站、中国机房设施工程有限公司会同有关单位，共同在原《电子信息系统机房施工及验收规范》GB　50462—2008的基础上修订完成的。

在修订过程中，编制组进行了广泛的调查研究，总结了近年来数据中心安装工程在设计、材料、施工等方面的实践经验，按照过程控制强化验收的原则，进行了系统、全面的修订。经广泛征求相关单位的意见，反复修改，最后经审查定稿。

本规范共分13章和9个附录，主要技术内容包括：总则、术语、基本规定、室内装饰装修、配电系统、防雷与接地系统、空调系统、给水排水系统、综合布线及网络系统、监控与安全防范系统、电磁屏蔽系统、综合测试、竣工验收等。

本规范修订的主要内容有：

1.根据目前数据中心消防系统的设计、施工、验收均由公安消防部门认定的单位完成，因此删除这一章，可执行现行国家标准。

2.配电系统、空调系统、给水排水系统、综合布线与网络系统、电磁屏蔽系统等章节增添了新的技术性内容。

3.综合测试的测试点布置、检测仪表和方法相应的修改。

4.附录C、附录D、附录F、附录G相应修改。

本规范中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文，必须严格执行。

住房城乡建设部关于发布国家标准《数据中心基础设施施工及验收规范》的公告

现批准《数据中心基础设施施工及验收规范》为国家标准，编号为GB 50462—2015，自2016年8月1日起实施。其中，第3.1.5、5.2.10、5.2.11、6.2.2条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原国家标准《电子信息系统机房施工及验收规范》GB 50462—2008同时废止。

本规范由我部标准定额研究所组织中国计划出版社出版发行。

3.1.5 对改建、扩建工程的施工，需改变原建筑结构及超过原设计荷载时，必须具有确认荷载的设计文件。
