Explanation of Wording in This Code

List of Quoted Standards

4.1.2 Formwork and support shall be designed according to the installation, service and dismantlingconditions and shall meet the requirements of bearing capacity, rigidity and robustness.

5.2.1 Where rebars approach the site, specimens shall be sampled for yield strength, tensilestrength, elongation, bending properties and weight deviation inspection according to the current national relevant standards, and inspection results shall meet those specified in corresponding standards.

Inspection quantity:determined according to delivered batch and product sampling inspection scheme.

Inspection method:check the quality certificate documents and the sampling inspection reports.

5.2.3 As for the frames and diagonal brace members (including stair flight) designed according toAseismatic Grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, the longitudinal rebars thereof shall adopt HRB335E, HRB400E, HRB500E, HRBF335E, HRBF400E or HRBF500E, and its strength and measured value of total elongation under the maximum force shall meet the following requirements:

1 The ratio of the measured tensile strength to the measured yield strength shall not be less than 1.25;

2 The ratio of the measured yield strength to the characteristic yield strength shall not be more than 1.30;

3 The total elongation under the maximum force shall not be less than 9%.

Inspection quantity: determined according to delivered batch and product sampling inspection scheme.

Inspection method:check the sampling inspection reports.

5.5.1 Designation, specification and quantity of rebar to be installed must meet the designrequirements.

Inspection quantity: 100%inspection.

Inspection method: observe, measure with ruler.

6.2.1 Where prestressed tendons approach the site, specimens shall be sampled for tensile strengthand elongation inspection according to the current national relevant standards, and inspection results shall meet those specified in corresponding standards.

Inspection quantity: determined according to the delivered batch and product sampling inspection scheme.

Inspection method:check the quality certificate documents and the sampling inspection reports.

6.3.1 Variety, specification, grade and quantity of prestressed tendons to be installed must meet thedesign requirements.

Inspection quantity: 100%inspection.

Inspection method: observe, measure with ruler.

6.4.2 As for the post-tensioning prestressed structural members, the quantity of steel strands subjected to fracture or slipping out shall notexceed 3%of the total steel strands on the same section, and the quantity of fractured wires in each fractured steel strand shall not exceed one; as for the multi-span two-way continuous slab, the fracture or slipping out quantity on the same section shall be calculated by span.

Inspection quantity: 100%inspection.

Inspection method: observe, and check the tensioning records.

7.2.1 Variety, code number, strength grade, packaging or bulk number and factory delivery date of cement in case of approaching the siteshall be checked, then strength, stability and setting time of such cement shall be inspected, for which the inspection result shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard GB 175Common portland cement.

Inspection quantity:at most 200t in bags and 500t in bulk in one lot of cement from the same manufacturer, in the same variety, with the same code number, strength grade and lot number as well as approaching the site continuously.Sampling shall be performed at least once per lot.

Inspection method:check the quality certificate documents and the sampling inspection reports.

7.4.1 Strength grade of the concrete must meet the design requirements.Specimens for inspectingconcrete strength shall be taken randomly at the pouring site.

Inspection quantity: sampling and specimens retaining for the concrete with the same mix proportion shall meet the following requirements.

1 The sampling shall be performed at least once per 100 mixing pot and no greater than 100m of mixed concrete;

2 The sampling shall be performed at least once if the mixed concrete with the same mix proportion per work shift are less than 100 mixing pot;

3 The sampling shall be performed at least once per 200m if the concrete subjected to continuous pouring exceeds 1000m;

4 The sampling shall be carried out at least once for each floor;

5 At least one group of specimens shall be retained for each sampling.

Inspection method:check the construction records and the concrete strength test reports.
